Special (urgent) deliveries are designed to cater the needs of airline passengers who require their items immediately due to unforeseen circumstances. For a delivery to be considered ‘special’, authorisation is needed from an airline representative. Once this is obtained, a designated driver will pick up the items from the airport, contact the customer, and plan its route the quickest possible way, directly to the owner

PROOF OF DELIVERY
For Same Day – Once a customer receives their items, a signature is obtained as proof of delivery and this can be sent to airlines upon request.
Next Day/Overnight – ADS will receive an automated electronic proof of delivery once an item is delivered. This innovative tracking system has been designed with our service partners with the aim of delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the reputation of our airlines.
REGULAR UPDATES PROVIDED
Communication between our drivers and the recipient is key to the success of the delivery and in providing an excellent customer service, As such; customers are kept up to date constantly with the progress of their delivery. Customers awaiting their delivery will be kept up to date via SMS once a driver is on route. Prior to this, customers will be contacted to verify their address and provide them with an estimated time of arrival. Customers are also able to track their items via our Live Chat service.
As ADS endeavours to set the standard in logistical customer services, a marketing feedback tool has been designed and recently implemented that allows customers to rate our service, compare our service, and provide feedback on their experience.
